1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using XERION (web app or desktop app), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

XERION is an AI assistant available via a web app and a Windows desktop app, with features including chat, calendar, email assistance (MailMind), and device automation through the desktop app. XERION is in active development; features may change, be added, or be removed.

3. Subscriptions and billing

XERION has four subscription tiers (Free, Core, Pro, Max) with different features and usage limits, as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. N/A — no payments are active yet.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use XERION for unlawful purposes, to damage third-party systems, or to use the automation/computer-control features for malicious ends. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of abuse.

5. Your content

Content you create, upload, or process through XERION (files, messages, calendar items) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Intellectual property

The XERION software, brand, design, and source code are the property of VELMONT. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to our intellectual property beyond using the service itself.

7. Desktop app and device linking

The desktop app (the .exe) must be linked to your account to function, and is bound to the limits of your active subscription. Circumventing the licence link is not permitted.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

XERION is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly given the product's active development status.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for a breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in [CITY].

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will inform you of material changes via the web app or by email.
